High Ping, Capped Download, Awful Upload and Lots of Lag Spikes.

I'm fed up of talktalk right now, I really need someone who can actually help me. I would never dream of calling talktalk as there support is frankly awful. Here are my problems. I would request that I don't get give the generic "Used wired" or "Move closer to your router" responses.

Problem Before and After "Upgrade"

  • High ping, like 50+ just because we moved on to a better package even though I was getting 16 prior to the "upgrade"
  • Download speed doesn't exceed 20 Mb/s despite the fact that we were promised up to 78 Mb/s (You don't offer that and give us 20, we don't live in the middle of no where either.
  • Upload speed has NEVER peaked above 2 Mb/s
  • Lag spikes for no reasons even though I'm getting the best my internet can give me and I'm super close to the router

New Problems after the amazing "upgrade"

  • High ping as I said before, you can't play CSGO on 150+ ping due (Luxemborg servers which I used to get a 60 ping to, high but bareable)
  • Download/Upload still awful
  • Now when I upload a video to youtube all my bandwidth is consumed, never happened before
  • Loads of lag spikes, every 5 seconds I'll freeze in a game or my video will stop buffering or a skype call will go silent.
  • Long lasting high pings, my ping can stay at 1500ms for a solid hour or two.

I would like help, it's so ridiculous that this is happening.

Reply very any additional information, I will not be leaving my telephone as support are awful on there. I trust in you guys.

And just one last thing, sorry if I come across as harsh but this has gotten absolutely unbareable to the point where I can't use the internet for gaming or watching videos.

Thank you.

EDIT: I have added my number to personal info if that helps.
