I had a HG635 rrouter which failed , after a long exchange with the help team it was replaced yesterday. I was getting a download speed between 18 and 22Mbps and since rouer was replaced my speed has dropped to 13. I am using a wired connection to mt desktop windows 7 pc and have tested at all times of the day and evening, I have switched off for 30 mins as well, with no improvement. I just want my old speed back.
