speed issues

Hi people

I have had talktalk fibre for a year now with no issues, now last week my speed dropped from 40mbps to 0.07mbps! I have reset router etc, connection is the same wired or wireless, contacted Talktalk a few days ago and was led to believe an engineer would contact me to check the line this weekend though have heard nothing.

This is affecting work etc due to me needing to be online alot.
