At the moment I pay for the large fibre package 78mb, when I first used this my download speeds were 57mb, which was accepable, but for months now my speed has dropped to 45mb and now its 36mb, which I now think is unacceptable. I have been in contact with talktalk several times and they said they will resolve the issue, but its still there.
Today I contacted talktalk again and a service manager checked my line and said it looks like I can only get medium speed even though i'm paying for the large speed, he says it can be resolved but will take approx 72 hours.
I hope it does get resolved because if nothing changes I'll leave talktalk
