I would like to know why my Fiber Optic Internet download speed is 25mbs when it should be 31-32mbs? even though the minimum Download Speed should be 29mbs and that's what you promised on my Contract.
Also for the customers looking at this my orignal download speed was 36mbs before TALKTALK slowly reduced it over time.
