Please help!!!
For the past two days now I have had a solid red internet light on my router and have been unable to connect to the internet as a result. I also have no access to my pay-per-view tv channels.
I have followed a couple of troubleshoot tips such as switching off for at least 20 mins but to no avail.
I called TalkTalk and was told there was a general problem in our area and it could take up to 48 hours to fix although from speaking with neighbours this doesn't seem to be the case.
It had been working fine previously so have no idea why there is suddenly a problem.
