Hi there, I moved over to TalkTalk in February onto Fibre medium. It took about 5 weeks for my download speeds to be where they should be however, I still cannot do what I should be able to do in the house with Fibre and i want to know who else is experiencing these issues and how to resolve them before I try and get hold of support as I know what a frustrating thing that is!
Currently I have an Apple TV upstairs in the bedroom which we use to watch Netflix. This is connected via WiFi. My son has an Xbox One also connected via WiFi in his bedroom upstairs. My wife and I both use iPads to connect to the internet in the house.
The problem is that if we are watching Netflix, my son cannot go online on his Xbox as it just does not work, and our iPads take forever to load pages, even just searching.
What is the point of Fibre broadband if I am limited to only one device at a time, my understanding is that at roughly 30MB I should be able to watch Netflix, my son should be able to play his online game and my wife should be able to surf the internet without delays!
The problem is I cannot do this and after all the problems we have experienced with TalkTalk since starting with them, I really am at the end of my tether with all this!
