Wondering if anyone can help me? I've got a HG633 and it's been working fine for the past few months. A few days ago I returned home to find that the internet & broadband lights had gone out. Rebooted the router to no avail.
I've since tried the OpenReach socket behind the front plate, pin resetting the router & changing the microfilter to no avail. When connecting wirelessly to the router a page pops up and suggests that there is no cable attached but there definitely is.
I've rang CS and they've performed a line test and say everything was OK, and advised to turn off for 30 minutes or longer then turn back on the router. Still the same issue?
Any help much appreciated!
