For the last 3 days my router has been reading a much lower upstream and downstream line rate (~60,000 -> 25,000) with increased noise safety coefficients (6 -> 21) for both upstream and downstream. My download speeds using my desktop over wired LAN have dropped from 60mbps to around 20mbps when tested. I had a similar problem in November 2014 which was solved after about 2-3 months of multiple engineers and much frustration etc by the openreach team making adjustments to the fibre box (having changed the router, dsl socket, testing house wiring etc). Since then (for the last 1+ years) I've had consistent speeds of 50-60mbps and have been pleased with my broadband.
TalkTalk - Please sort this out, as I can't take another 2-3 months of repeated engineer visits/phone calls etc etc.
I've attached the router WAN status report. I've tried a single router reset which has made no difference, but prior to that the uptime was 3 days, and I've avoided multiple resets as I know this can cause speed issues.
