High latency

Hi,

I've just had fiber medium for just over a week, the speed is ok, but the latency is not good or page cannot be found errors. So I ran a few pings to different places and can't get under 100ms, this is with wired or wireless connections. (Google uk,Facebook and yahoo uk).

I had a line test run the other day by TT CS and no fault found.
