Hi, my internet recently has been terrible. I called to upgrade my fibre to the large package however I was told I wasn't on fibre, and to upgrade through the sales site.. Which says I'm currently enjoying fibre and can't upgrade. I took the package out with fibre and thought I had it....
Aside from this issue, the Internet recently is terrible. Dropping out, and speeds vary from one minute to the next... Could my router be on the way out or is there any setting I can change?
