Hi folks,
I recently moved homes (different flat in the same building) and was not able to move with me my existing Fiber medium package. I was told that it was because of an issue with the system and I will be able to do it once my new home line is live.
Fast forward couple of weeks, and I am now told that Fiber medium plan is *not available* which sounds strange given that I have just moved flats in the same building. What's more suprising is that the online "fiber" checker tool says that fiber is not avilable at both my old *and* new flat which doesn't make sense given that I *was* using Fiber.
I have spoken with multiple agents over chat but unfortunately it ends the same way given that they use the same tool to check the availability. Could someone please help me out with this? I'm pretty sure that I have fiber facilities in my new house (the same building).
