I've been getting awful ping spikes lately its never consistent anymore, so I decided to look into it.
Doing a trace route to google.co.uk and then pinging the several steps along the way to determine where the problem lies.
Step 1, pc to router - perfectly fine constant 3ms on a powerline connection.
Step 2 pinging 89.168.116.1 - absolutely all over the place. This means there is a problem between my super router and yourselves is that correct?
Can you check my line for faults or let me know if there is anything going on with your servers at the moment? Thanks
