I moved to new house. Engineer from Openreach came yesterday (6th of October). He made some connections at main socket at house and he said house portion is completed and he needs to go Green Box for remaining connections. He came 2 hours later and he said home section is okay, house to green box connection is okay but there is a problem at green box to main hub. He said other Openreach engineers will fix it and I will be called in 1 day. Nobody called me. Is my line fixed?
