Hello I've been a customer off talk talk for years and not long ago renewed my contract to get a new hub router it has been working fine till 3 days ago and now daily it was turning off at random times of the day flashing an orange light and for hours and day after once again then today it was off 7.20pm till 10.30pm then again around 11pm and staying off for hours it's getting beyond a joke I tried calling but centres are closed after 7 when the problems occur and the automated line check came back no fault which there isn't it's just the router for some reason and then automated reply suggest I go online to fix my online issue 😳 please help me as reading other posts it's most certainly a BT issue external tho my outside line was repaired two years ago fully by BT and works wonderfully it seems it is a fault at BT end at their hub what do I do I can't go on like this and talk talk have just signed me up for another contract🙏🙏🙏
