Last week I changed my contract and was promised minimum 67mb-80mb but I am getting 49-52mb.
Could the Talk Talk team check if my speed boost has been activated?
My router is connected into my open reach master socket (MK4) as it has always been and I’ve tried resetting the router and doing the usual steps to see if it can be resolved on my end.
I'm hoping the Talk Talk team can have this resolved.
