Fibre Large Very Slow

In recent weeks, my fibre large speed has dropped to 10252 kb/s upload and 27819 download. Previously, it was running around 19,000 / 75,000 upload / download. There does not seem any obvious reason for the drop in speed. I did have some problems with line stability in the past but these were rectified by repairs carried out by an Openreach engineer. Is it possible for Talk Talk to look into this issue and see why my line speeds are so far below the maximum possible with a fibre large package? There doesn't seem much point paying for fibre large if the download speed is so low. Thanks,
