Hello - I upgraded to Fibre Medium and went live about a month ago. At first my line speed was maxing out at about 16mps which I was delighted with,but since then it has slowly but surely decreased by a couple of megs a week to where I am at now which (according to the TT speedtester) is 8.2mps with a similar pro-rata decrease on upload speeds (from 1.8mps to 0.8mps). This is now way below the 11mps that I was assured would be the minimum speed I would be getting.
I have troubleshot the following: Reset/rebooted the router and factory reset, tried plugging into the master socket, used my older 523a router (this doesn't pick up the internet at all!) and checked the voice service (which is Ok). Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
