Can't access majority of websites

Since 22 October I have been unable to access the majority of websites. Google and Facebook are fine, but pretty much anything else results in the browser eventually showing err_timed_out. I can ping these websites OK and I know they are up as I can access via my mobile network.

I have tried rebooting the router. The issue is affecting all devices I have both wired and wireless.

Please help!
