No internet since changed to superfibre broadband

We've been loyal customers with TalkTalk since 2003
We decided to upgrade to the superfibre broadband, launch date 18th May, since we installed the new router HG633 we have had no internet, all the lights are green except internet. I called the fault line, and after a series of line tests a BT engineer was sent on 20th May, he said the router was faulty, so back onto TalkTalk and was told a new would be sent.
This morning the new router arrived, also a HG633, we have had exactly the same problem still no internet. Back on the phone again and now I'm told I have to wait for another BT engineer to test out the connection again, should be in the next 72hrs.
I feel I'm being fobbed off, I have seen many negative comments about this router and the speed of the superfibre. Has anyone else had this problem with the HG633 ?
I'm seriously thinking of calling it a day and taking my custom elsewhere.
No internet for 4 days is poor service.
