For the past week or so my medium fibre speed has dropped drastically. If my wife is watching YouTube on her tablet, I can barely do anything on my laptop, also the internet channels on YouView are constantly having to buffer. Not only this, every now and then I cannot connect to any webpages at all, across various devices, even though the router shows that the internet is active.
I'm about at my wit's end with this, I thought all my problems with Talk Talk had been resolved following the resolution of an ongoing complaint.
Please can someone investigate.
