fiber large from 76mb down to 38mb with no explanation

I have been with talktalk for few years now, god give me strenght...

 

After major screw ups by talk talk, had to renew my contract... from fiber large 76mb back to fiber large 76mb.

 

After few months my internet has been downgraded to 38mb with no explanation, they have sent engineers to check lines and everything, talktalk recognize that there is a problem and they are trying to push an engineer to come to my house...i know how they work...they will get an engineer to come to my house, even knowing that there is no issue with my line and they know it , then blame me somehow and make me pay for the visit. 

 

Problem persist and there is no prediction for a resolution, still paying in full only to get half

 

As always this been going on for 2 months now and no follow up calls were made like i requested...

 

Any recommendations???
