Still no answer

Hi,
Now been waiting since March for an answer as to why i have lost so much line speed since my fault was rectified. Please recheck my posts and all the data that i supplied to you as you requested.
Then please give me an honest answer.
I suspect that i an on a dodgy fibre port in the green box and you haven't answered me because you have no more ports to put me on.
I need an answer now as you are in breach of contract by not supplying the speed that you said i would get.
