Fibre Large Connection terrible

Hi TalkTalk Community,

 

I have searced for help, answers and solutions but have found no such help and so i turn to here.

 

ds - Download Speed / us - Upload Speed

 

My problem is my internet, being the Fibre Large package, when I first bought this package it was brilliant, high speeds around 30ds/15us, which was fantastic just what i paid for, now i know over time this drops with peek times and such, however today i found that i had speeds of around 3ds-10ds and barely scraping 1us, this was not helped with the router constantly blinking the ADSL light on and off, meaning constant disconnects and terrible internet, this continued all day with no sign of fixing or returning to the better speeds or connection.

 

Before i get replys saying to reset, turn off and leave for 20 minutes, change cables, change filters, adjust the frequencies, I have tried everything and when i go to my Account and try diagnose the connection or self repair I am greeted by an empty screen?

 

Can anybody help.
