Fibre Large speed slowly going down...80k, 75k, 70k, 67k, 62k.

I joined TT when fibre first became available in my area in August 2015. The speeds were the maximum they could be at 79999/19999 down/up.

The speed is slowly dropping from this perfect score. It seems to drop when I get an unexpected router drop and then never returns to the previous speed.

The router stats are currently 67347/19999. The maximum downstreamm has decreased from over 120000 to 92048.

Yesterday the connection was around 69000 down but there was a router downtime and it rebooted to 62000 down. I did the 30 minutes router off to try and resync the speed at a higher number and it did reset it to 67347.

The questions are: will the down speed continue to degrade, and is there anything I can do to stop or revese this speed loss?

Current statistics of router in the spoiler...

Upstream line rate (kbit/s): 19999
Downstream line rate (kbit/s) 67347
Maximum upstream rate (kbit/s):24265
Maximum downstream rate (kbit/s):92048
Upstream noise safety coefficient (dB):15.1
Downstream noise safety coefficient (dB):6
Upstream interleave depth:1
Downstream interleave depth:2706
Line standard:VDSL2
Upstream line attenuation (dB):5.3
Downstream line attenuation (dB):10.9
Upstream output power (dBm):7.5
Downstream output power (dBm):11.3
Channel type:Interleaved

ps If it helps I can pretend to be angry and do some *rage* or threaten to leave... Cat Tongue

edit: I am using master socket, wired connection.
