Fibre medium - slow internet speed

Hi,

Over the past couple of months i've noticed my speed dropping from approx 8mb to as low as 4mb. I'm on fibre medium and have a talktalk HG635 router.  In the past performing a reset on my line has boosted the speed.  Could someone look into this for me as its becoming more difficult to do anything on the internet.
