Hello, for the last few weeks I have been having issues with my fibre (38mb variant). I have random drops of connection and the only way to fix the issue seems to be restarting the modem however this doesn't always work. I do speedtest and generally everything is ok, however sometimes it is down at around 10% of max speed. The issue is particularly common on streaming videos were it just won't load, hangs etc.
I have tried using different modems/routers (have a d7000 that can be used) and the issue continues. Can a line test be done please.
