Hi I have problem with my fibre broadband I had a talktalk engineer who said a dslam issue and when I have rang up they are like we have no idea what you are saying I am banging my head against a wall and I have spoke to the ceo team who sorted out the talktalk engineer visit so a issue was log and had a text so I rang up to ask how long to fix this issue and all I got was madness I now have no idea what is happen and need to get this fix I am paying for fibre and only getting adsl broadband and I am now feeling like I should not have changed from virgin media to talktalk
