Reset 70mbps fibre profile

Hi

 

Today for various reasons the modem has kept rebooting. The trouble has been sorted but the local exchange has automatically "tuned" our fibre connection to 35-40mbps. We can get a consistent 65-70mbps usually.

 

Please could you look into this and have the connection profile resynced?

 

My main contact number on my profile is my Talktalk phone number but there is currently not a telephone connected, so please contact me on the alternative number if needed.
