Can't Login to Skype. Seems to be blocked in home network.

I have contacted over all this month Skype and they told me it should be my ISP and i think its right. 
I'm unable to login at Skype via a Talk Talk Router.

I tried:
Reset Factory.
Leave 30 min with no power.

- Nothing works.

I can't connect with Desktop, Laptop or phones when I'm connected to the Talk Talk router neither my other flatmates.
If i use a proxy/teamviewer to my work machine or use my mobile data, I can connect to Skype.

This also happens with my PS4 sometimes.. which is annoying.

So the problem is with Talk Talk. Would like to know a Fix for this.
