My fibre is very patchy, when doing a speed test I will get around 30mbps however often when simply browsing the internet a page can take an eternity to load. When downloading game updates the download speed will go up to 3mbps then drop down to 100kbps or just stop completely. Streaming video often starts in a very low quality and takes a fair amount of time to buffer it for better quality.
Could someone please look in to whether it is perhaps dropping connection, i've already had an engineer out who installed a new master socket as previously I was getting speeds of around 14mbps. The original problem of my internet connection dropping persisted though.
