I have been having trouble with my broadband reliabilty over the last 2 months. I have phoned the help line over 10 times, they have run all the tests, replaced my router and changed my phone socket to the latest one (with separate hole for the phone and broadband on the face plate so that I don't need to use an external filter). They even sent an OpenReach engineer to re-route my phone line outside my house. I have been making such a fuss, they now even have a dedicated Case Manager to deal with my complaint. In a word, they have tried everything possible to keep their customers happy. However, I am still experiencing intermittent internet outage! This evening, I had to reboot my router at least 3 times to get it working. I suspect one thing they have not checked is my set up profile. So I am just wondering whether this is the main culprit of my problem! Thank you for listening.
