Hi after 2 go live dates my fibre is connected but so much slower

With normal broadband I was getting 3.3 Mbps, when I complained I was advised to switch to fibre, now Im getting 1.5 Mbps at best, Im not intending to pay an extra tenner per month for this , thank God Im still within my cancellation period
