Phone and Broadband Activation Issues

Hello All

My fibre broadband and phone service switch from Plusnet was supposed to go live by midnight last night.

Part way through the day, I could tell my phone line had switched (as the dial tone and announcements sounded different to those on the BT network) however I couldn't make or receive any calls. My Plusnet broadband worked right up to about 11pm before being knocked out.

As of 6am this morning, I still can't receive calls (number obtainable tone) but can make them, and broadband is still offline.

Any idea how long these things take to resolve?
