HG633 Cisco VPN Failure - OCE Help Please

Hello

I have a HG633 router and I'm not able to connect to my work's VPN network through Wi-Fi. After reading numerous threads, it's clear I need my router's firmware updated to resolve the issue.

I'd be grateful if an OCE could pick up this request and arrange for my router firmware to be updated please. (TalkTalk number in profile).
