I connect to work via a VPN and this continually disconnects after 1 hour. My work network team have said that a number of Talk Talk customers are experiencing this issue so they need a firmware upgrade. Below is the details of my current version. My internet connection is fine during this period and it is just the VPN connection that is dropping. There must be a timeout setting somewhere within your infrastructure that is causing this to happen
