Minimal service on so-called super-broadband

In the last ten days I have noted very poor and erratic speeds on our supposed superpowered broadband. Right now, no connection at all.

We last went through this late last year - poor service even though paying for 40Mb.

Suggestions? or just close account and chsnge supplier?
