We are always looking to improve the performance of our devices, and we currently in the process of testing a new firmware for the HG633!
This firmware will bring the following improvements:
- Wi-Fi improvements, especially to 5GHz devices.
- ADSL stability improvements.
- A fix for customers who are unable to connect to Cisco VPNs over Wi-Fi.
- Retransmission for Fibre customers (customers who’s connections require it will now be able to take advantage of the ReTX technology)
Would you like to help? We are currently looking for customers using the HG633 to join a trial of the new firmware prior to its full rollout.
