Not getting guaranteed speed?

Hi there,

Recently switched to TT from BT, and have a minimum guaranteed speed of 10mbps, but I am not getting that.

I am still within the 10 day 'cooling' period and have read the forums a bit and learned some about what it's all about, but we haven't seen anything close to 10MB/s at all in the last week of having TT installed.

Is this normal? Will it improve at the end of the ten days?
