I have had Fibre with TalkTalk for about 18 months now. Usually achieving 37mpbs.
2 weeks ago I received a new router as my old one has broke. From Saturday (20th) I have had an intermittent sync, dropping every 5 minutes or so. This has since stabilised somewhat and is much better.
However I am now struggling to get any higher than 20mbps rather that the 37 i usually get. Ive tested at different times and is not a peak tome issue.
I have reset the router, tried the test socket etc. What else can I do? Any help is appreciated.
I am reluctant to pay a BrightSparks fee for something I believe with 99% to be an issue with the line / cabinet and not in the house.
