Slow fibre... help desk not helping

Hi, I recently moved house, and have a slow fibre connection...im paying for fibre large... i used to get speeds of 40-45Mb down and 20 up... now i barely hit 16Mb up and around 13 down on a speed test, talktalk have said that i should be getting between 54 and 76Mb . down... they have sent an engineer to my home and to the exchange the home visit he found no problem but replaced the master socket anyway , and iv not heard back from the exchange... everytime i call talktalk i go though the same tests where they find no faults.. butt i was told by one rep that if the speed issue cannot be solved within 28 days i can cancel...i dont want to iv been with talk talk for over 10 years over 2 differet accounts.. and this is my only problem ... but its a big one... can someone help

 

actual download speed used top be around 8Mb
now its about 1.5Mb

 

its a huge difference 

 

 

 

... no noise on line 

...can call out/ recieve calls
