Hi oce team. New user here getting to grips with protocol and how to use this community chat thing. Having read lots of other threads, I thought that's what you did, join in the conversation and flag up your similar problem or solution. Now I've been called a hijacker for some strange reason. Anyway, I think I've figured out how to post a new thread. Here goes:
Since receiving my new fibre enabled router my vpn connection doesn't work. It used to work fine pre- fibre and then also on the separate bt fibre box and tt router set up. Having read a few other threads where people were discussing similar problems, it seems tt oce team knows the problem and solution. Therefore, please update the firmware on my router or whatever it is you have to do.
