We have had a line outage for a week, mainly affecting voice (no dial tone), however there have also been a few ups and downs with our fibre large too. The main line problem was fixed today, (clearly a fault beyond our cabinet), but now our fibre large service appears to be capped as though it is fibre medium (see screenshot below). I have obviously restarted the router, etc, but the speed reported by the router is always the same. It appears artificially capped, a lot lower than the VDSL sync speed, which does vary as usual. Please rectify.
