Red light on Super Router HG635

I have a solid red light on my router, past few days I have noticed that the connection has been dropping, connection was slow earlier this evening, but now I have no connection at all. I have tried the usual reset router etc a few times but still getting solid red light with no connection, would appreciate what steps can be taken next
