Please can my connection be reset to the default. I have had to switch the power off to the premesis a number of times, due undergoing electrical work and installation and maintenance etc, each time the the power went off, my speed has dropped greatly, also I needed fast path as I am a gamer and play online.
When I first got Fiber I was just under the 80mb and has now diminsihed to around 50mb.
