Fibre Broadband Has Slowed Down Significantly Overtime

At the start of my contract, I was getting speeds of upwards of 65 Mbps and 70 Mbps consistently and everytime, I have Speedtest.Net evidence of this (http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4666510784) However, over the past year or so it had started dropping to the point that I am unable to get a Speedtest.Net score of over 45Mbps - To compliment this, my Upload speed has also dropped from 19 Mbps to around 14 Mbps

 

On my router confirguartyion page, I can CONFIRM that this is correct, as the Downlink has gone from the 70000 range to little over the 40000s, indicating that the routers own connection is infact a lot slower than it used to be and can be. I am writig this requesting that TalkTalk invesitage my line and provide me with the speeds that I am paying for, as it has been proven that they CAN supply this, however are not doing so.
