Talktalk I am getting fed up with this now. I've complained twice and nothing is getting sorted!
I am not recieving good internet - I'm barely recieving it.
I cannot open social apps or browse the internet because your internet won't allow it what is happening?!
I currently have the router I had for the "simply broadband" package. I was told a new one was on the way as I am now with the "fibre" package to then find out after I called that it was a lie and my old one would work.. It isn't.. Please sort this issue out before I take this further.
