After being a Tiscali/TalkTalk customer for around 15 years, I am now counting the months until I can get out of my contract and change suppliers.
My broadband was fine, but we decided to upgrade to Super Fibre for streaming movies etc.
Worst decision I have ever made! It has never been stable, constantly drops out and has been the bane of my life for months. The hours I have spent in contact with TalkTalk about it have drained me over the months and I have made the decision to change providers as soon as I can.
Here is an example of what we have been constantly dealing with from yesterday, however, this is an ongoing, albeit intermittent problem that has never been resolved by TalkTalk and for which I have been paying £10 per month!
