We moved house last Monday, and had been with TT for 6 months before that with their Fibre package. Before we moved we spoke to TT and asked them to transfer the package to the new property. No problem - the line would be activated on the 19th, about a week after the move, we were told. Then out of the blue we had a cancellation email. We hadn't cancelled anythhing. I phoned TT again and they went through the whole process of redoing the whole order. But this time the date offered is the 29th for activation. That's 3 weeks after our move date. It wouldn't be a problem except we are in an area with terrible mobile reception and so can't call/text/use internet at all. This I am having to write at work. I phoned again asking if this can be brought forward but just told "no". Is there anything else I can do to speed this up?
