Fibre keeps dropping since moved into property

Upgraded to fibre as was moving & ever since day one the signal keeps dropping . Even when no other person is using the internet . So frustrating . They have done 2 line tests found no fault . I was miss sold this product as was told it would be good & fast . Should of not upgraded & gone elsewhere . Who can I go to to get advice about ending contract early for miss selling me this crap ?
